Right now, there’s no clear pathway or structured development for communication. Most of us have learned through experience, trial, and the occasional fire! But despite the challenges, we feel incredibly fortunate to work in such an inspiring and creative industry.
Now, it’s our turn to give back.
We’re building the industry’s most ethical marketing collective, one rooted in integrity, transparency, and purpose. Charity sits at the heart of IFNOTNOWWHEN. Every member of our team actively supports a charity or shared project, with dedicated time each week to contribute. Whether that’s End Youth Homelessness, Paul Strickland Centre, Shelter, Movember, Holiday Club, or the Apprenticeship Scheme, among others.
We also ensure that CSR, ESG, and Diversity & Inclusion principles are not just policies, but active, outward commitments. Embedded in everything we do and every client partnership we build.
