WE’RE HIRING > MARKETING MANAGER

Location: In-Office / Hybrid 
Contract: Part-time / Full-time

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You’ll be supported by senior team members but will also take ownership of campaigns and smaller accounts, giving you the chance to develop quickly in a fast-paced agency environment. The right person will be commercially minded, organised, and eager to grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in planning, managing, and delivering marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, events, and brand partnerships

• Oversee day-to-day client communications and ensure projects run smoothly

• Manage campaign trackers, budgets, and reporting to keep projects on schedule and on target

• Coordinate internal resources and external partners (influencers, suppliers, venues, etc.)

• Draft and schedule social media content, newsletters, and campaign comms

• Assist with creative briefs and liaise with designers and content creators

• Monitor campaign performance and compile reports with insights and recommendations

• Keep on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and cultural moments to inform campaign ideas

• Provide general support to the leadership team and help drive agency growth

About You:

• Must be London based or able to commute

• Some experience in marketing, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment

• Strong organisational and project management skills

• Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills

• Comfortable juggling multiple clients, campaigns, and deadlines

• A self-starter who can take initiative while being open to guidance and training

• Curious about culture, brands, influencers, and marketing trends

• Experience across social media platforms and email marketing (basic design or Canva skills a plus)

• Ambitious, adaptable, and ready to grow with a creative team
