INNW is proud to have supported bringing together UNIT Studios and Holiday Club in a partnership focused on nurturing the next generation of creative talent.

As part of this collaboration, our team helped organize an Open Day at UNIT Studios, designed to give young creatives real exposure to the world of post-production. Through studio tours, 1:1 speed networking, and open conversations with industry professionals, attendees explored career paths in editing, grading, sound design, and more.

This initiative is all about access, opportunity, and building confidence. Whether just starting or considering a shift into creative work, participants left with insight, inspiration, and new connections.
