A dynamic creative Marketing Director, Managing Director and Entrepreneur with over 20 years experience building and creating world leading brands, on a mission to make a meaningful impact.

With experience working at such global ad agencies as AMV BBDO, Mother, Saatchi & Saatchi, as well as post houses The Mill and UNIT, FIlm & TV Studios Twickenham Film Studios and VERSA Studios and global media company Gravity Media - she brings a vast array of creative marketing experience to IFNOTNOWWHEN’s long term retainer and project clients.

With a deep passion for food, culture, and lifestyle, Vic is an industry expert using her platform to inspire and connect. A vintage and travel obsessive, Vic brings a unique expert perspective to every project, blending creativity with authenticity.

Driven by innovation and collaboration, she founded IFNOTNOWWHEN to create a space where creativity meets strategy, and where every project gets the specialised attention it deserves. Vic’s leadership has brought together a collective of experts that deliver cutting-edge solutions tailored to each client’s unique goals.
